Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss |
A.
General information on the financial statements |
| Der
Jahresabschluss wird nach den Vorschriften der
§§ 264 ff. HGB aufgestellt. Das
Geschäftsjahr der Gesellschaft beginnt am 01.04.
eines Jahres und endet am 31.03. des Folgejahres. Die
Gesellschaft erfüllt die
Größenkriterien einer kleinen
Kapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB, sowie
die einer Kleinstkapitalgesellschaft gem. § 267a
HGB. Die größenabhängigen
Erleichterungen für den Umfang der Anhangangaben
gem. § 288 S. 1 HGB werden in Anspruch genommen.
Für Zwecke der Offenlegung nimmt die
Gesellschaft die ihr eingeräumten
größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gem.
§ 326 HGB sowie gem. § 266 Abs. 1 Satz 3
und § 274a HGB (für die Bilanz) i.V.m.
§ 326 HGB in Anspruch. |
The
financial statements are prepared in accordance with
the provisions of § § 264 et seq. HGB. The
Company's financial year starts on 01.04. one year
and ends at 31.03. the following year. The Company
meets the size criteria of a small corporation acc.
to § 267 para 1 HGB, as well as those of a
smallest corporation acc. to § 267a HGB. The
sizedependent facilitation of the extent of
disclosures in accordance to § 288 para 1 HGB
are used. For purposes of disclosure, the company
assumes the discretionary power to size-dependent
facilitation acc. to § 326 HGB, and acc. to
§ 266 para 1, sentence 3 and § 274a HGB
(for balance sheet) in conjunction with § 326
HGB. |
| Die
Gesellschaft mit Sitz in Wessling, Argeisrieder Feld
7 wurde am 09.12.2016 errichtet und am 23.12.2016 im
Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts München unter
der Nummer HRB 230245 eingetragen. |
The
Company having its legal seat at Wessling,
Argelsrieder Feld 7 was incorporated on 9 December
2016 and registered in the commercial register of the
local court in Munich under no. HRB 230245 on
23.12.2016. |

Company is engaged in the holding and the

| Die
Finanzanlagen enthalten Anteile an verbundenen
Unternehmen und werden zu Anschaffungskosten oder dem
niedrigeren beilzulegenden Zeitwert bewertet. |
Financial assets consist of equity investments in
affiliates and are recognized at the lower of cost or
net realizable value. |

Forderungen und sonstige
Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert
abzüglich Wertberichtigung angesetzt. |
Receivables and other assets are stated at their
nominal value less allowances. |
|
Rückstellungen werden gebildet für
ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten sowie für Risiken
aus drohenden Verlusten für schwebende
Geschäfte. Der Ansatz erfolgt in Höhe des
nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer
Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages. Die
Vorschriften für deren Zugangs- und
Folgebewertung werden beachtet. |
Provisions are recognized when the company has a
present obligation (legal or constructive) as a
result of a past event, it is probable that an
outflow of economic resources will be required to
settle the obligation and the amount of the
obligation can be estimated reliably. Provisions are
reviewed at the end of each reporting period and
adjusted to reflect the current best estimate. |

Minderheitsaktionär gezeichnet. Der effektive
Anteil wurde von 90,0% auf 84,36% gesenkt. |

668 units of non-voting Common Stock was issued by
AMT Nexus Holding, Inc and subscribed by minority
shareholder. The effective interest was decreased

31. Juli 2020 hat die Gesellschaft 25.000 Stammaktien
der Blue Labs GmbH, einer Delaware Corporation,
gezeichnet und sich verpflichtet, EUR 1,00 pro Aktie
zu zahlen. Das Stammkapital von EUR 25.000,00 ist
voll eingezahlt und das Unternehmen besitzt 100 % der
Anteile. Für diese Stammaktien wurde in diesem
Geschäftsjahr eine Wertberichtigung in Höhe
von 25.000,00 EUR vorgenommen, da sich die Blue Labs
GmbH im Liquidationsverfahren befindet. |

31 July 2020, the Company subscribed for 25,000
shares of the common stock of Blue Labs GmbH., a
Delaware corporation and agreed to pay EUR-$ 1.00 per
share. The share capital of EUR 25,000.00 is fully
paid up and the Company owns 100% of the shares.
Impairment of EUR 25,000.00 was provided for this
common stock in this financial year as Blue Labs GmbH
is under the process of liquidation. |
