Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2013Druckloft GmbHNach § 264 HGB sind neben dem Jahresabschluss die folgenden zusätzlichen Angaben zu machen: I. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die GmbH weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Gesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichtes wurde gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB verzichtet. II. Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses Die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte nach dem differenzierten Schema des § 266 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gem. § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt. III. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Gesellschaft hat ihren Geschäftsbetrieb am 17.Oktober 2013 begonnen. Vergleichzahlen und Bewertungsmethoden zum Vorjahr sind daher nicht gegeben. Die Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden erfolgte nach dem Grundsatz der Unternehmensfortführung (Going-Concern-Prinzip) gem. § 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 2 HGB. Die in der Bilanz ausgewiesenen Vermögensgegenstände und Schulden wurden einzeln bewertet (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 3 HGB.) Das Realisationsprinzip und das Imparitätsprinzip sowie der Grundsatz der Vorsicht wurden beachtet (§ 252 Abs. 1 Nr. 4 HGB.) Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die liquiden Mittel wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital wurde mit den Nennwert angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit Ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. IV. Angaben zur Bilanz Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt 2.216,32 €. Die darüber hinausgehenden Verbindlichkeiten von 59.718,09 € umfassen Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern mit 4.631,04 € sowie gegenüber einem Lieferanten mit 55.087,05 € als Darlehen. V. Sonstige Angaben Im Geschäftsjahr 2010 erfolgte die Geschäftsführung durch die Geschäftsführer: Herr Jörg Fiolka, Werbekaufmann, und Frau Sylvia Fiolka, Rechtsanwaltsgehilfin. Der Jahresabschluss wurde am 8.12.2014 festgestellt.
