Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010West-Rhein-Treuhand GmbH, Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, KölnDie West-Rhein-Treuhand GmbH hat die Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) erstmals ab dem Geschäftsjahr 2010 angewendet. Die Vorjahreswerte wurden aufgrund der Erstanwendung des BilmoG nicht abgepasst. Ansatz, Bewertung und Gliederung Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Das Anlagevermögen - es handelt sich um Beteiligungen - wird zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert bilanziert. Das strenge Niederstwertprinzip wird bei allen Posten des Umlaufvermögens beachtet. Die flüssigen Mittel sind mit dem Nominalwert bilanziert. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen sämtliche erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Die Rückstellungen wurden auf der Grundlage der aktuellen Fassung des § 253 HGB ermittelt. Anzusetzen ist hierbei der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendige Erfüllungsbetrag gem. § 253 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit den Erfüllungsbeträgen angesetzt. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Anlagevermögen Bei dem Anlagevermögen handelt es sich ausschließlich um Beteiligungen die unverändert zum Vorjahr gehalten und mit den Anschaffungskosten bilanziert werden. Auf die Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens nach § 268 Abs. 2 HGB wurde daher verzichtet. Gezeichnetes Kapital Das Stammkapital ist zum Bilanzstichtag in voller Höhe eingezahlt. Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr und sind unbesichert. Sonstige Angaben Die Geschäftsführung besteht aus den Herren Herr WP/StB Dipl.-Kfm. Willi Engels, Köln Herr WP/StB Dipl.-Kfm. Hans-Josef Demmer, Köln Auf die Angaben der Vergütung der Geschäftsführer wird gemäß § 286 Abs. 4 HGB verzichtet. Der Jahresabschluss des Wirtschaftsjahres wurde unter Berücksichtigung der vollständigen Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses aufgestellt. Aus dem Bilanzgewinn zum 31. Dezember 2009 wurde ein Teilbetrag in Höhe von EUR 24.435,41 den Gewinnrücklagen zugeführt. Der verbleibende Bilanzgewinn in Höhe von EUR 202.611,42 wurde auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen. Der Jahresüberschuss des laufenden Wirtschaftsjahres wurde zusammen mit dem Gewinnvortrag zum 01.01.2010 in Höhe von EUR 202.611,42 unter dem Posten Bilanzgewinn ausgewiesen.
