ANHANGAnhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 Allgemeine Angaben Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den §§ 242 ff. und den §§ 264 ff. des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und den Vorschriften des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbHG) aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Soweit sich durch die erstmalige Anwendung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) Veränderungen bei den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden ergeben haben, wurde gem. Artikel 67 Abs. 8 EGHGB auf die Anpassung der Vorjahreszahlen verzichtet. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist entsprechend § 275 Abs. 2 HGB nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft nimmt die für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Erleichterungen der §§ 274a, 276, 288 und 326 HGB in Anspruch. Grundsätze zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung Die Wertansätze in der Bilanz der DPC Consult GmbH zum 31. Dezember 2009 wurden grundsätzlich unverändert als Bilanzvorträge in neue Rechnung übernommen, sofern hier nicht die erstmals angewendeten Vorschriften des BilMoG Anpassungen erforderten. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nominalbetrag angesetzt. Die flüssigen Mittel sind in Höhe ihres Nennwerts angesetzt. Die Eigenkapitalpositionen sind mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Bei Bildung der Rückstellungen ist den erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten angemessen Rechnung getragen worden. Sie sind in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem jeweiligen Erfüllungsbetrag passiviert. Angaben zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz Umlaufvermögen Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. Eigenkapital Das Stammkapital von € 25.000,00 ist mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt und in voller Höhe eingezahlt. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten haben wie im Vorjahr eine Restlaufzeit von unter einem Jahr. Unter den Verbindlichkeiten sind Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern von € 2.125,00 (Vorjahr € 2.200,00) und Verbindlichkeiten aus Steuern von € 1.413,64 (Vorjahr € 0,00) ausgewiesen. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführung Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres lag die Führung der Geschäfte unverändert bei den Herren Dr. Jan Dreyer, Rechtsanwalt, und Dr. Dieter Schwampe, Rechtsanwalt, beide Hamburg.
