AnhangI. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss wurde gem. §§ 242 ff. und §§ 264 ff. HGB sowie nach den einschlägigen Vorschriften des GmbHG und der Satzung aufgestellt. Es gelten die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr beibehalten. Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich zum Nominalwert bilanziert. Das Eigenkapital wurde in Übereinstimmung mit dem Gesellschaftsvertrag bilanziert. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Im Geschäftsjahr erfolgte eine Vorabausschüttung von 200.000,00 Euro. Der Jahresüberschuss 2013 beträgt 127.619,62 TEUR, so dass ein Bilanzverlust von 72.380,38 Euro auszuweisen ist. Zur Wiederherstellung des Eigenkapitals haben die Gesellschafter den Betrag von 84.000,00 in die Kapitalrücklage eingebracht. In den Forderungen ist eine Forderung gegen Gesellschafter von 68.000,00 Euro enthalten. Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Kreditinstituten sind durch eine Grundschuld besichert. Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen haben eine Restlaufzeit von weniger als einem Jahr. IV. Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Angaben zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung sind nicht zu machen. V. Sonstige Angaben Zum Geschäftsführer war bestellt: Herr Walter Lucas, Münster Der Geschäftsführer ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
