Anhang 20101. AllgemeinesDer Jahresabschluss der JDL Einrichtungs GmbH, Düsseldorf, ist nach den Vorschriften des HGB aufgestellt worden. Bei der Gesellschaft handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach § 266 Abs. 1 Satz 3, §§ 276 und 288 HGB, wurde teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. Die Gesellschaft verzichtet gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 3 HGB auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichts. 2. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeDas Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen werden entsprechend der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer vorgenommen. Die geringwertigen Vermögensgegenstände werden in Anlehnung an § 6 Abs. 2 EStG im Jahr der Anschaffung in voller Höhe abgeschrieben. Die Vorräte umfassen fertige Erzeugnisse und Waren sowie halbfertige Arbeiten. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu ihrem Nennbetrag, Verbindlichkeiten mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Erkennbare Risiken werden durch aktivisch abgesetzte Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. 3. GeschäftsführungHerr Jinhuang Lin, Düsseldorf 4. ErgebnisverwendungDie Geschäftsführung schlägt der Gesellschafterversammlung vor, den Bilanzgewinn in Höhe von € 50.599,68 zuzüglich des Verlustvortrages in Höhe von € 22.474,46 € auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
