Bilanzierung Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte nach dem gesetzlichen Gliederungsschema unter Inanspruchnahme, für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften zulässigen, Zusammenfassung. Zusatzangaben werden nur gemacht, soweit sie für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften vorgeschrieben sind und nicht an anderer Stelle gemacht werden können. II. Erläuterungen zu den Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses als Einheitsbilanz. Die Bilanzierung erfolgt hinsichtlich Bilanzansatz und Bewertung als Einheitsbilanz nach dem Grundsatz Handelsbilanz = Steuerbilanz. Zwingende Abweichungen haben sich nicht ergeben. Bewertungsmethoden Das Sachanlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellkosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibung geführt. Diese erfolgt linear und wird über die betriebsbedingte Nutzungsdauer voll abgeschrieben. Von der Bewertungsfreiheit für geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wird Gebrauch gemacht. Finanzanlagen werden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden bei erkennbaren Einzelrisiken durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten. Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. III. Informationen zur Bilanz Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren bestanden nicht. IV. sonstige Angaben Besondere Haftungsverhältnisse im Sinne § 2511 HGB bestanden nicht.
