AnhangAllgemeine AngabenDie Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i.S.v. § 267 (1) HGB. Die für die Offenlegung bestimmte Bilanz wird unter vollständiger Ergebnisverwendung und als verkürzte Bilanz gemäß § 266 (1) HGB erstellt. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden der Vorjahre wurden beibehalten. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDie immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Nutzungsdauer liegt zwischen 3 und 10 Jahren. Die handelsrechtlichen Abschreibungen für geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden entsprechend den steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften vorgenommen. Angaben zur BilanzBei den Finanzanlagen betragen die Ausleihungen an Gesellschafter 33.790,16 € (Vorjahr 17.213,40 €). Alle Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern betragen 0,00 € (Vorjahr 0,00 €). Sonstige Angaben
