Januar 1986 in Kraft getretenen Bilanzrichtlinien-Gesetzes erstellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung einschließlich der Vornahme steuerrechtlicher Maßnahmen Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Der Jahresabschluß der Firma wurde auf der Grundlage der neuen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Das Sachanlagevermögen und die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlich Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände und entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften teils linear und teils degressiv vorgenommen. Das Jahresergebnis ist durch Bewertungen aufgrund steuerlicher Vorschriften nicht beeinflusst. Dementsprechend ergeben sich keine künftigen steuerlichen Belastungen aus solchen Bewertungen. Bewegliche Gegenstände des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von € 410,-- wurden im Jahre der Anschaffung in voller Höhe abgeschrieben. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.
