AnhangI. Allgemeines Der Jahresabschluss der APD Distribution AG, Berlin, Handelsregister Amtsgericht Berlin (Charlottenburg), HRB 214613 B, zum 31. Dezember 2023 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt. Auf die Rechnungslegung der Gesellschaft finden die Vorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB Anwendung. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Umsatzkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Zur Klarheit der Darstellung werden "Davon-Vermerke" nicht in der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung, sondern im Anhang vorgenommen. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die als Finanzanlagen ausgewiesenen Genossenschaftsanteile sowie andere Beteiligungen werden zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. bei nachhaltiger Wertminderung mit den niedrigeren beizulegenden Zeitwerten bewertet. Vorräte werden zu durchschnittlichen Einstandspreisen bewertet. Soweit niedrigere Wiederbeschaffungspreise vorliegen, werden diese unter Berücksichtigung des Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennbetrag oder mit dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert am Bilanzstichtag angesetzt. Kassenbestand und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert am Bilanzstichtag angesetzt. Die Steuerrückstellungen beinhalten die das Geschäftsjahr betreffenden, noch nicht veranlagten Steuern. Sonstige Rückstellungen werden für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten mit dem nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrag gem. § 253 Abs. 1 HGB gebildet. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Verbindlichkeiten in fremder Währung werden gemäß § 256a HGB bewertet. III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Das Grundkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt am Bilanzstichtag EUR 100.000,00 und ist mit dem Nennbetrag bilanziert. Das Grundkapital am Bilanzstichtag setzt sich zusammen aus 100.000 auf den Inhaber lautenden Stückaktien zu EUR 1,00 je Aktie. Der Bilanzgewinn setzt sich folgendermaßen zusammen:
Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr beträgt EUR 1.292.821,86 (Vorjahr: EUR 2.344.446,27). Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit größer als ein Jahr beträgt EUR 720.000,00 (Vorjahr: EUR 0,00). IV. Ergänzende Angaben 1.
