A.
Allgemeine Angaben
Bei der Bilanzierung und Bewertung sind im Jahresabschluss der MEIKO EUROPE-WEST GmbH, Offenburg (Amtsgericht Freiburg i. Br., HRB 705326), die Vorschriften des HGB für große Kapitalgesellschaften angewandt worden. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß §267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Für den Anhang wurden die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß § 288 Abs. 1 HGB in Anspruch genommen. Darstellung, Gliederung, Ansatz und Bewertung entsprechen den Vorjahresgrundsätzen.
B.
Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bewertet. Kassenbestände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind ebenfalls mit dem Nennwert ausgewiesen. Die Positionen des Eigenkapitals sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen werden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages gebildet. Zukünftige Preis- und Kostensteigerungen werden berücksichtigt, sofern ausreichend objektive Hinweise für deren Eintritt vorliegen. Verbindlichkeiten werden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
Eigenkapital
Im Bilanzverlust ist ein Verlustvortrag in Höhe von EUR 11.846.065,04 (Vorjahr: EUR 11.847.450,21) enthalten.
