AnhangA. Vorbemerkung Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2013 ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die Gliederung des Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung erfolgt unverändert nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren (§ 275 Abs. 2 HGB). B. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige, lineare oder degressive Abschreibungen auf die voraussichtliche Nutzungsdauer vermindert. Die im Wirtschaftsjahr 2013 angeschafften geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgütern wurden voll abgeschrieben. Der Warenbestand wurde mit den Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert bilanziert. Einzelabschreibungen sowie Abschreibungen wegen allgemeiner und besonderer Risiken wurden, soweit erforderlich, vorgenommen. Die Bildung der aktivischen Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten erfolgte in handelsrechtlich zulässigem Umfang. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten, die das laufende Geschäftsjahr betreffen. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag bilanziert. Die Bewertungsgrundsätze blieben gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert. C. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Vorräte Der Warenbestand ist durch Inventurunterlagen zum Bilanzstichtag nachgewiesen. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben alle eine Restlaufzeit unter einem Jahr. Flüssige Mittel Unter den flüssigen Mitteln sind Kassenbestand und Bankguthaben ausgewiesen. Die Bestände sind durch Kassenbuch bzw. gleichlautende Bankauszüge zum Bilanzstichtag nachgewiesen. Aktiver Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten Zum Bilanzstichtag wurden eine Geschäftsversicherung und Werbekosten abgegrenzt. Eigenkapital Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt am 31.12.2013 unverändert EUR 25.000,00 und ist voll einbezahlt. Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden insbesondere für Beratungs- und Jahresabschlusskosten gebildet. D. Sonstige Angaben Die Gesellschaft hatte im Berichtzeitraum einen Geschäftsführer sowie durchschnittlich 6 Angestellte. Die bilanzielle Überschuldung wurde durch einen Rangrücktritt beseitigt. E. Organe der Gesellschaft Geschäftsführer im Wirtschaftsjahr vom 01.01.2013 bis 31.12.2013: Herr Mischa Palmers, Kaufmann, Luzern München, im September 2014 Mischa Palmers Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2013 wurde am 10.09.2014 festgestellt. |
