Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 20231. Allgemeines Der Jahresabschluss der Firma MVR Medienvertrieb GmbH
für das Wirtschaftsjahr vom 01.01.2023 bis 31.12.2023
wurde nach den Vorschriften des HGB aufgestellt. Bei der
Bewertung wurde von der Fortführung der
Unternehmenstätigkeit ausgegangen.
Die Bilanz wurde gemäß § 266 HGB
gegliedert.
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird nach dem
Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2
HGB erstellt.
Die MVR Medienvertrieb GmbH ist eine kleine
Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne von § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.
In dem Jahresabschluss ergeben sich gegenüber dem
Vorjahr keine Änderungen in der Darstellung.
Auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichtes wird
gemäß § 264 Abs. 1 HGB verzichtet.
Die in dem Jahresabschluss angegebenen
Vorjahresbeträge sind mit den Beträgen des
Geschäftsjahres vergleichbar.
2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden
Finanzanlagen werden mit den Anschaffungskosten
bewertet. Abschreibungen auf den niedrigeren beizulegenden
Wert waren nicht veranlasst.
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
werden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Wertberichtigungen
wurden in angemessenen Umfang vorgenommen. Bei der
Bewertung wurden sämtliche erkennbaren Risiken
berücksichtigt. Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von
mehr als einem Jahr liegen nicht vor.
Der Kassenbestand und die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten
wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt.
Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach
kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen
Erfüllungsbetrages nach § 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB
angesetzt. Dabei wurden die voraussichtlichen
Kostensteigerungen bis zum jeweiligen Erfüllungstag
berücksichtigt. Soweit die Restlaufzeit der
Rückstellung am Bilanzstichtag mehr als ein Jahr
betrug, erfolgte die Abzinsung nach § 253 Abs. 2 Satz
1 HGB.
Die Steuerrückstellungen wurden in Höhe der
voraussichtlich noch anfallenden Steuern angesetzt.
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden für alle
weiteren ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten gebildet. Dabei
wurden alle erkennbaren Risiken berücksichtigt.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem
Rückzahlungsbetrag ausgewiesen. Es bestehen keine
Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern.
Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten sind innerhalb eines
Jahres fällig.
Beim Jahresabschluss konnten die bisher angewandten
Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden im Wesentlichen
beibehalten werden.
Rechnungen mit ausländischen Währungen werden
nach dem Tageskurs umgerechnet.
3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände
Von den gesamten Forderungen weisen EUR 0,00 eine
Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr auf. Es bestehen keine
Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschaftern.
Gezeichnetes Kapital
Das gezeichnete Kapital von EUR 25.000,00 wurde mit dem
Nennwert angesetzt.
Rückstellungen
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen entfallen i.W. auf
Rechtskosten.
Haftungsverhältnisse
Am Bilanzstichtag bestanden keine
Haftungsverhältnisse nach § 251 HGB.
Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen
Es bestehen keine wesentlichen finanziellen
Verpflichtungen.
4. Sons
tige Angaben
Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 war durchschnittlich ein
Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
Die Geschäftsführung wurde im Berichtszeitraum
von Herrn Günter Thebing, Kaufmann, wahrgenommen.Die
Gesellschaft hat gemäß § 286 Abs. 4 HGB auf
die Angabe der Geschäftsführerbezüge
verzichtet.
Ergebnisverwendungsvorschlag
Die Geschäftsführung schlägt der
Gesellschafterversammlung vor, den Jahresüberschuss
i.H. von EUR 1.002.489,95 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
