Anhang1. Allgemeine Angaben Die Barzan One GmbH i.L. mit Sitz in Trebbin wird beim Amtsgericht Frankfurt am Main unter der Registernummer HRB 108439 geführt. Die Bilanz und die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung der Barzan One GmbH i. L. für das Geschäftsjahr vom 16. September 2018 bis 15. September 2019 wurden gemäß den Vorschriften des deutschen Handelsgesetzbuchs sowie den ergänzenden Bestimmungen für Kapitalgesellschaften (§§ 264 ff. HGB) erstellt. Die Bilanz entspricht den Gliederungsvorschriften des § 266 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert (§ 275 HGB). Die einzelnen Posten der Bilanz und der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurden mit dem entsprechenden Betrag des vorhergehenden Geschäftsjahrs verglichen (§ 265 Abs. 2 HGB). 2. Bilanzierung und Bewertung Aufgrund der tatsächlichen und gesetzlichen Verhältnisse wurde der Jahresabschluss zum 15. September 2019 unter Abkehr der Prämisse der Unternehmensfortführung (§ 252 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 HGB) aufgestellt. Die Bilanzierung und Bewertung für das Geschäftsjahr vom 16. September 2018 bis 15. September 2019 erfolgte ebenfalls unter dieser Prämisse. Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände sowie das Sachanlagevermögen sind mit den geschätzten Liqudationswerten bewertet. Das Sachanlagevermögen wird linear abgeschrieben. Geringwertige Vermögensgegenstände des Anlagevermögens werden gemäß § 6 Abs. 2a EStG im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Wenn der Liquidationswert niedriger war als der Buchwert, wurden außerplanmäßige Abschreibungen vorgenommen. Die Abgänge werden mit dem Restbuchwert zum Zeitpunkt des Abgangs von dem Anlagevermögen erfasst. Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe werden mit den Anschaffungskosten oder dem niedrigeren beizulegenden We bilanziert. Die Forderungen und die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nennwert oder zum niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bilanziert. Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten werden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt. Die aktiven Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten enthalten Ausgaben vor dem Bilanzstichtag, die Aufwendungen für einen bestimmten Zeitraum nach diesem Tag darstellen. Die Rückstellungen werden nach den Grundsätzen vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags gebildet. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. 3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Forderungen / Verbindlichkeiten Die Forderungen enthalten Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen in Höhe von 2.944.981 €. In den Forderungen und den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen sind Posten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr in Höhe von 1.309.593 € (VJ: 1.245.938 €) enthalten. 4. Sonstige Angaben a) Geschäftsführer Herr Oliver Alexander wurde als Geschäftsführer abberufen. Die Abberufung wurde am 6. Dezember 2018 in das Handelsregister eingetragen. b) Insolvenzverwalter Herr Vassilios Brentel wurde durch Annahme seiner Bestellung am 4. Dezember 2018 als Liquidator bestellt und am 6. Dezember 2018 in das Handelsregister eingetragen. c) Beschäftigte Im Geschäftsjahr 16. September 2018 bis 15. September 2019 waren keine Mitarbeiter beschäftigt.
