Anhang 2023Allgemeine Erläuterungen Die PC-Haus GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Düsseldorf und ist eingetragen in das Handelsregister B beim Amtsgericht Düsseldorf (Reg.Nr. HRB 40974). Für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurde der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Sie nimmt bei der Aufstellung des Anhangs die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gemäß § 288 Abs.1 HGB in Anspruch. I. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungs- und Ausweismethoden Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert beibehalten. Die Finanzanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten bzw. bei voraussichtlich dauernder Wertminderung zum niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert am Abschlussstichtag bilanziert Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag bilanziert. II. Angaben und Erläuterungen zur Bilanz 1. Eigenkapital Der in der Bilanz ausgewiesene Bilanzverlust enthält zum 31. Dezember 2023 einen Verlustvortrag in Höhe von € 7.504,05 (Vorjahr 8.294,48€). 2. Verbindlichkeiten Alle Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. 1. Konzernverhältnisse Die PC-Haus GmbH gehört zum Konzern der Haubrich GmbH, Düsseldorf, die zum 31.12.2023 einen Konzernabschluss für den kleinsten Kreis von Unternehmen aufstellt.
