Anhang zur Bilanz 20 2 3Skyworld GmbH Grundlagen und Methoden Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurden nach den Grundsätzen der §§238 ff HGB, insbesondere nach den Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften gem. §§264 HGB und den Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes erstellt. Nach den in §267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen wurde aufgrund des §264 Abs. 1 S. 3 HGB verzichtet. Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichts wurde aufgrund des §264 Abs. 1 S.3 HGB verzichtet. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Gegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten bewertet und um die planmäßige Abschreibung vermindert. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden sofort in voller Höhe abgeschrieben. Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden mit dem Nennbetrag bewertet und hinsichtlich ihrer Werthaltigkeit geprüft. Uneinbringliche Forderungen wurden in voller Höhe abgeschrieben. Die Rückstellungen wurden nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Verpflichtung bzw. des zu erwartenden Aufwands gebildet. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Rückzahlbetrag angesetzt. Einzelerläuterungen Sonstige Angaben Bilanz, Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung und Anhang geben entsprechend den gesetzlichen Vorschriften grundsätzlich die wirtschaftliche Lage wieder. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres und im Zeitpunkt der Jahresabschlusserstellung wurden die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft durch folgende Person geführt: Farzad Rustami -Geschäftsführer-
