AnhangA. Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen
Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt (§ 265 Abs. 1 S. 2, 266 ff. HGB). Ergänzend wurden die Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, soweit abnutzbar, um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Die planmäßigen Abschreibungen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten bis EUR 1.000 wurden aus Vereinfachungsgründen entsprechend § 6 Abs. 2a EStG im Erwerbsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Ausleihungen wurden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Den in den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen enthaltenen Risiken wird durch Bildung angemessen dotierter Einzel- und Pauschalwertberichtigungen Rechnung getragen. Flüssige Mittel werden zu Nominalwerten angesetzt (§ 253 Abs. 1 HGB). Als Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten werden auf der Aktivseite Ausgaben vor dem Bilanzstichtag ausgewiesen, soweit sie Aufwand für eine bestimmte Zeit nach dem Stichtag darstellen. Die Bemessung der Rückstellungen erfolgt unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages. Die Bewertung der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgt mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag. B. ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZUR BILANZ Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens (Anlagenspiegel) ist in der Anlage zum Anhang nachfolgend dargestellt. Hieraus ergeben sich auch die Abschreibungen des Geschäftsjahres (§ 268 Abs. 2 HGB). Die Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen (TEUR 395; VJ TEUR 76) bestehen gegenüber der BITA Inc. USA, an der die BITA GmbH zu 100% beteiligt ist. Bei den sonstigen Vermögensgegenständen (TEUR 177; VJ TEUR 144) handelt es sich hauptsächlich um Fördermittel in Form einer Forschungszulage (TEUR 140; VJ TEUR 86) sowie die Kautionen in Höhe von TEUR 31 (VJ TEUR 14). Das Stammkapital der Gesellschaft beträgt zum Bilanzstichtag EUR 49.304,00. Die Kapitalrücklage der Gesellschaft gemäß § 272 Abs. 2 Nr. 4 HGB beträgt 7.841.244,12 und ergibt sich aus Einlagen über den Nennbetrag der Gesellschafter. Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten weisen eine Restlaufzeit kleiner 1 Jahr auf und bestehen im Wesentlichen aus Verbindlichkeiten aus Lohn- und Kirchensteuer (TEUR 25; VJ TEUR 13). C. SONSTIGE ANGABEN Mitarbeiter: Im Geschäftsjahr beschäftigte die Gesellschaft im Durchschnitt 16 Mitarbeiter. Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres wurden die Geschäfte des Unternehmens durch Herrn Victor Hugo Gomez, Geschäftsführer, geführt. Der Jahresfehlbetrag wird zusammen mit dem Verlustvortrag auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen.
