Anhang zum 30. September 2009Infratek GmbHAllgemeine AngabenDer Jahresabschluss zum 30. September 2009 wurde unter Beachtung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften gemäß §§ 264 ff. HGB aufgestellt. Von den Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften gemäß §§ 274a, 276, 288 i.V.m. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Der Grundsatz der Darstellungsstetigkeit gemäß § 265 Abs. 1 HGB wurde beachtet. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDas Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten und soweit es sich um abnutzbares Sachanlagevermögen handelt, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Abschreibungsdauer wurde entsprechend den steuerlichen Vorschriften vorgenommen. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sowie die liquiden Mittel wurden zum Nominal- bzw. Nennwert unter Beachtung des Niederstwertprinzips angesetzt. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken wurden durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. In den Steuerrückstellungen und Sonstigen Rückstellungen sind alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen enthalten. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Fremdwährungsumrechnungen wurden mit dem Anschaffungskurs unter Berücksichtigung des Niederstwertprinzips bewertet.
