Der Jahresabschluss ist unter der Annahme der Unternehmensfortführung aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft hat ihr Eigenkapital aufgebraucht und befindet sich im Aufbau, es konnten noch keine wesentlichen Umsatzerlöse erzielt werden. Wir, die gesetzlichen Vertreter, haben eine Fortführungsprognose erstellt, aus dieser ergibt sich, dass die Zahlungsfähigkeit der Gesellschaft bis zum 30.09.2026 sicherstellt ist. Diese Fortführungsprognose basiert darauf, dass die Gesellschafter eine harte Patronatserklärung für diese Gesellschaft abgegeben haben. Des weiteren gehen wir davon aus, dass die Gesellschaft im Jahr 2025 eigene Umsätze erzielen wird. Wir weisen jedoch darauf hin, dass wenn diese Umsätze nicht erzielt werden können und die Unterstützung unseres Gesellschafters ausfällt, die Gesellschaft im Bestand gefährdet wäre. Angaben zu Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern Der Betrag der Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern beläuft sich auf 4.151.871,38 EUR (Vorjahr: 1.236.871,38 EUR).
