Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr vom 1. Januar 2023 bis 31. Dezember 2023Grundsätze der Rechnungslegung Allgemeine Angaben zum Unternehmen Die MuP Pressevertrieb GmbH hat Ihren Sitz in München. Sie ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts München unter HR B 203419 eingetragen. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 der MuP Pressevertrieb GmbH ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzes und den ergänzenden Vorschriften der Satzung aufgestellt. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt. Einzelne Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zu Nennwerten angesetzt. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken sind gegebenenfalls durch Wertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich ist. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit dem Erfüllungs- bzw. dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Fremdwährungsposten werden gemäß § 256a Abs. 2 HGB bewertet. Angaben und Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände beinhalten Forderungen gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen in Höhe von Euro 42.385,34 (Vj. Euro 42.903,46), davon gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von Euro 42.385,34 (Vj. Euro 42.903,46). Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten sind unbesichert und haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Die Verbindlichkeiten beinhalten Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen in Höhe von Euro 367.527,97 (Vj. Euro 330.941,85), davon gegenüber Gesellschaftern in Höhe von Euro 352.251,64 (Vj. Euro 316.871,21). Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführung Die Gesellschaft wird durch den Geschäftsführer
vertreten. Herr Christoph Mattes ist von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
