ANHANGI. Allgemeine Bemerkungen 1. Anwendungen der Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften Der Jahresabschluß für das zum 31. Dezember endende Geschäftsjahr wurde nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) aufgestellt. 2. Prüfungs- und Offenlegungspflicht Eine Prüfungspflicht gemäß § 316 Abs. 1 HGB oder gemäß Gesellschaftsvertrag liegt nicht vor. II. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden entsprechen den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wird das Gliederungsschema des Gesamtkostenverfahrens angewandt. Das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen aufgrund der betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauern sowie um Sonderabschreibungen bewertet. III. Ergänzende Angaben Die Geschäftsführung obliegt dem Geschäftsführer. Im Geschäftsjahr waren zum Geschäftsführer bestellt: Herr Jürgen van Thiel Hürth, den 12.03.12 mesh GmbH
