Anhang zum Rumpfwirtschaftsjahr zum 31. Dezember 2023
I. Allgemeine Angaben
Die BFIGmbH hat ihren Sitz in Guben und ist im Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Cottbus unter Registernummer HRB 16935 CB eingetragen. Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2023 der BFIGmbH ist nach den für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und des GmbH-Gesetzes (GmbHG) aufgestellt worden. Dabei wurde für die Darstellung der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung das Gesamtkostenverfahren gewählt.
II. Bilanzierung und Bewertung
Der Jahresabschluss wurde unter der Prämisse der Fortführung des Unternehmens aufgestellt.
Die Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldposten trägt allen erkennbaren Risiken nach Grundsätzen vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung ausreichend Rechnung.
Sämtliche Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.
Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen in Höhe des Betrages, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist.
Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zu den Rückzahlungs- bzw. Erfüllungsbeträgen bilanziert.

III. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz
(1) Forderungen
Sämtliche Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr.
(2) Eigenkapital
Das Gezeichnete Kapital beträgt 25.000,00 €. Zum Bilanzstichtag weist die Gesellschaft einen Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von 8.665,98 EUR aus.
(3) Rückstellungen
Die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen Aufwendungen für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses und die Einreichung der Steuererklärungen.
(4) Verbindlichkeiten
Alle Verbindlichkeiten haben eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr.
IV. Sonstige Angaben
Die Geschäftsführung wurde von Herren Piotr Ostromecki, Gdynia in Polen und Lukasz Perkowski, Gdynia in Polen wahrgenommen.
Durch Beschluss vom 19.06.2024 wurde Herr Maciej Zawadzki, Bisztynek in Polen von der Geschäftsführung abberufen.
Gesellschafter der BFIGmbH, Guben sind in 2023 Herren Piotr Ostromecki, Gdynia, Polen und Lukasz Perkowski, Gdynia, Polen mit einer Stammeinlage jeweils iHv EUR 12.500,00.
