Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2022Allgemeine Angaben Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist nach den §§ 242 ff. und den §§ 264 ff. des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbHG) sowie den einschlägigen Bestimmungen des Gesellschaftsvertrags aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung ist entsprechend § 275 Abs. 2 HGB nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. Die Gesellschaft nimmt die für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Angabenerleichterungen der §§ 274a, 276 und 288 HGB teilweise in Anspruch. Die Gesellschaft hat von der Befreiungsvorschrift nach § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 4 HGB Gebrauch gemacht und auf die Aufstellung eines Lageberichts verzichtet. Grundsätze zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nominalbetrag angesetzt. Die flüssigen Mittel sind in Höhe ihres Nennwerts angesetzt. Bei Bildung der Rückstellungen ist den erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten angemessen Rechnung getragen worden. Sie sind in Höhe des notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Angaben zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz Eigenkapital Das Stammkapital von € 25.000,00 ist mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Sonstige Rückstellungen Die sonstigen Rückstellungen enthalten im Wesentlichen Rückstellungen für Steuerberatungskosten. Haftungsverhältnisse Haftungsverhältnisse i.S. d. § 251 HGB haben zum Bilanzstichtag nicht bestanden. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführung Während des abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahres lag die Führung der Geschäfte unverändert bei Herrn Gerhard Marius Widmann. Die Voraussetzungen des § 264 Abs. 2 Satz 2 HGB liegen hinsichtlich dieses Jahresabschlusses nicht vor. Soweit dieser Anhang keine Angaben über sonstige, nach den §§ 264 ff, 284 ff HGB angabepflichtige Sachverhalte enthält, haben diese im Geschäftsjahr nicht vorgelegen. Die Feststellung bzw. Billigung des Jahresabschlusses erfolgte am 27.5.2024. |
