Anhang zum 31. Dezember 2020I. Allgemeine Erläuterungen (1) Rechtliche Verhältnisse Die Gesellschaft ist im Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Düsseldorf unter HRB 77483 eingetragen. Die Gesellschaft hat ihren Sitz in Düsseldorf. (2) Verschmelzung Mit Wirkung zum 31. Dezember 2019 / 1. Januar 2020 wurde die A-ONE GmbH zur onexp GmbH verschmolzen. Die Fusion wurde durch Akquisition durchgeführt. II. Erläuterungen zum Jahresabschluss (1) Rechnungslegung Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2020 entspricht den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und des GmbH Gesetzes. Die Bilanzsumme und die Anzahl der Arbeitnehmer überschreiten nicht die Größenmerkmale des § 267 Abs. 1 HGB; die Gesellschaft gilt damit als kleine Kapitalgesellschaft, die neben den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften der §§ 242 ff. HGB die ergänzenden Vorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften der §§ 264 ff. HGB in eingeschränktem Umfang anzuwenden hat. (2) Wesentliche Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Das Anlagevermögen wird zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen ausgewiesen. Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten oder dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bewertet. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert ausgewiesen. Die Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag ausgewiesen. Restlaufzeiten der Forderungen Sämtliche Forderungen bis auf die Kautionen in Höhe von € 0,00 (Vorjahr: € 10.850,00) sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Eigenkapital

(2) Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen Zum Bilanzstichtag bestanden keine sonstigen finanziellen Verpflichtungen.
