Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2012I. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Der Jahresabschluss der Micklemas GmbH, Hamburg, wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Im Einzelnen waren dies folgende Grundsätze und Methoden: Aktiva Anlagevermögen Sachanlagen Das Sachanlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Abschreibungen erfolgen über die betriebsgewöhnliche Nutzungsdauer von drei bis zehn Jahren und werden nach der linearen Methode vorgenommen. Vorräte Die Waren wurden zu Anschaffungskosten oder dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert zum Bilanzstichtag bewertet Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert und Berücksichtigung von erforderlichen Wertberichtigungen angesetzt. Passiva Rückstellungen Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Sie wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages ausgewiesen. Verbindlichkeiten Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten sind zum Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet. II. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Sämtliche Forderungen haben eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Verbindlichkeiten Die Verbindlichkeiten haben alle eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten setzen sich wie folgt zusammen:
