Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften Die Gliederung der Bilanz entspricht § 266 Abs. 1 S. 3 HGB, diejenige der Gewinn- und Verlust-Rechnung § 275 Abs. 2 HGB (Gesamtkostenverfahren). Die durch das Bilanzrichtlinie-Umsetzungsgesetz (BilRUG) geänderten Vorschriften werden erstmalig angewendet. Die Vergleichbarkeit der Vorjahresbeträge ist dadurch nicht beeinträchtigt. Das Sachanlagevermögen ist mit Anschaffungskosten vermindert um die Abschreibungen bewertet. Die Abschreibungen erfolgen planmäßig in Form einer monatsgenauen linearen Verteilung auf die Nutzungsdauer. Die Vorräte werden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle bis zur Bilanzerstellung bekannt gewordenen ungewissen Schulden, Verluste und Risiken, die das abgelaufene Jahr betreffen und ist der Höhe nach angemessen. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihren jeweiligen Rückzahlungsbeträgen ausgewiesen. II. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Die Entwicklung des Anlagevermögens ist den als Anlage beigefügte Anlage-gitter zu entnehmen. Forderungen mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen nicht. Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr bestehen nicht. Die Verbindlichkeiten bestehen in Höhe von € 206,80 (Vorjahr: € 82) aus Steuern. In den sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten sind solche gegenüber Gesellschaftern enthalten, die zum Bilanzstichtag einen Betrag von T€ 63 (Vorjahr: T€ 66) ausmachen. III. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführer ist Herr Claus Giese, Kaufmann und Zahnarzt, Hamburg. Er vertritt die Gesellschaft allein. Von den Erleichterungen gem. § 288 HGB wird Gebrauch gemacht. Im Geschäftsjahr waren keine weiteren Angestellten beschäftigt. Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, das Ergebnis des Jahres 2016 auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.
