Anhang1. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Eratech GmbH hat ihren Sitz in 45127 Essen (ab 2024: 45138 Essen) und ist beim Amtsgericht Essen unter der Handelsregister-Nummer 29281 eingetragen. Der Jahresabschluß wurde nach den Vorschriften des HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt Die Erleichterungsvorschriften für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurden angewendet. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften wurden stetig angewendet. 2. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die immaterielen Vermögensgegenstände und das Sachanlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige Abschreibungen vermindert. Geringwertige Anlagegüter wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Die Finanzanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit ihrem Nennwert angesetzt, Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag bilanziert. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem jeweiligen Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. 3. Angaben zur Bilanz Sämtliche Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände beinhalten eine Forderung an den Gesellschafter-Geschäftsführer in Höhe von T€ 26,0 (Vj.: T€ 5,2) Sämtliche Verbindlichkeiten sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. 4. Sonstige Angaben Die Eratech GmbH beschäftigte in 2023 durchschnittlich 2 Mitarbeiter. Die Geschäftsführung wurde von Herrn Hossein Moghaddasi (Kaufmann) wahrgenommen.
