ANHANG
B.W. HOTEL GMBH, ESCHBORN FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2011 Gemäß § 264 HGB legt die Gesellschaft den folgenden Anhang vor: Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurden in Übereinstimmung mit den §§ 242 bis 256 a und §§ 264 bis 278 HGB sowie den ergänzenden Bestimmungen des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung aufgestellt. Die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen nach § 274 a und § 288 HGB wurden in Anspruch genommen. Die Bilanz wird gemäß § 266 HGB gegliedert. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung folgt dem gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB vorgesehenen Gesamtkostenverfahren. Die Ausweisstetigkeit wurde gewahrt, ein grundlegender Bewertungswechsel gegenüber dem Vorjahr fand nicht statt. Die Bewertung der sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgt zum Nennwert. Die Restlaufzeit beträgt bis zu einem Jahr. Der Bestand an liquiden Mitteln wird zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag bilanziert. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe des zu erwartenden notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages. Die Bewertung der Verbindlichkeiten erfolgt zum Erfüllungsbetrag und besteht gegenüber dem Gesellschafter. Die Verbindlichkeit hat eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. Es besteht ein Haftungsverhältnis aus der Bestellung von Sicherheiten für fremde Verbindlichkeiten in Form eines Pfandrechtes. Das Pfandrecht auf das Termingeld ist auf einen Höchstbetrag von EUR 51.375,00 begrenzt. Die Verpfändung erfolgt zur Sicherung aller bestehenden, künftigen und bedingten Ansprüche, die der Commerzbank gegenüber der B.W. Hotel Betriebsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG aus einem Avalrahmen zustehen. Mit einer Inanspruchnahme wird nicht gerechnet, da die Schuldnerin in der Lage ist, ihren Verpflichtungen termingerecht nachzukommen.
