Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr vom 01. Januar bis zum 31. Dezember 20091. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsmethodenDie Zugänge zu den Immateriellen Vermögensgegenständen werden zu Anschaffungskosten aktiviert. Die Abschreibungen werden planmäßig nach der linearen Methode entsprechend der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer mit steuerlich zulässigen Sätzen vorgenommen. Geringwertige Wirtschftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis € 150,00 werden im Jahr der Anschaffung in voller Höhe als Betriebsausgaben verbucht. Der Ansatz der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte zu Nennwerten. Die flüssigen Mittel wurden zu Nennwerten bilanziert. Bei Bildung der Rückstellungen ist den erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten angemessen Rechnung getragen. Sie sind in der Höhe bemessen, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. 2. Erläuterungen zur BilanzSämtliche Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten haben jeweils eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber verbundenen Unternehmen bestehen zu TEUR 8 gegenüber der Gesellschafterin. Die Rückstellungen wurden für Jahresabschlusskosten gebildet. 3.
