Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023

A. Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses

Die Syscore GmbH sitzt in Darmstadt und ist bei dem zuständigen Amtsgericht Darmstadt unter HRB 85242 eingetragen.

Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267a Abs. 3 Nr. 3 HGB i. V. m. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf.

Das Geschäftsjahr umfasst den Zeitraum vom 1. Januar 2023 bis zum 31. Dezember 2023.

Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgte in Anwendung der Vorschriften des § 266 HGB. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde entsprechend § 275 Abs. 2 HGB in Staffelform nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt.

B. Angaben zu den angewandten Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden (gemäß § 284 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 HGB)

Der Jahresabschluss der Syscore GmbH, Darmstadt, wurde auf Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) in der aktuell gültigen Fassung aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften fanden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes Beachtung.

Im Einzelnen gelten die folgenden Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert:

Die Finanzanlagen sind zu den Anschaffungskosten oder den ihnen beizulegenden niedrigeren Werten angesetzt.

Die Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden zum Nominalwert bewertet. Die Eigenkapitalpositionen sind mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um alle zum Bilanzstichtag drohenden Verluste und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten abzudecken.

Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

D. Ergebnisverwendungsvorschlag

Das Geschäftsjahr 2023 schließt mit einem Jahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von EUR 11.562,99. Die Geschäftsführung schlägt vor, den Jahresfehlbetrag zusammen mit dem Verlustvortrag auf neue Rechnung vorzutragen.

E. Sonstige Angaben

Mitarbeiter gem. § 285 Nr. 7 HGB

Im Geschäftsjahr 2023 wurden unverändert zum Vorjahr keine Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt.
