Angaben unter der Bilanz für das Geschäftsjahr 2022 A. Allgemeine Angaben Die HEPA GmbH, Münster, ist beim Amtsgericht Münster unter der Handelsregisternummer HRB 20614 gemeldet und erstellt den Jahresabschluss nach den handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften für Kleinstkapitalgesellschaften i. S. v. § 267a HGB. Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist die Entwicklung, die Herstellung und der Vertrieb von Filtrationssystemen. Auf die Erstellung des Anhangs wird nach § 264 Abs. 1 Satz 5 HGB verzichtet. B. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz Die Forderungen gegenüber Gesellschafter entfielen auf Lieferungen und Leistungen und betrugen EUR 1.309,01. Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschafter bestehen in Höhe von EUR 1.077,99 und resultieren sich aus bezogenen Lieferungen und Leistungen. C.
