II. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2018 wurde nach den Grundsätzen der §§ 238 ff. HGB, insbesondere nach den Vorschriften für die Kapitalgesellschaften gem. §§ 264 ff. HGB und den ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes erstellt. Nach den in den § 267, 267a HGB angegebenen Größenklassen und Merkmalen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Von größenabhängigen Erleichterungen wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Auf die Erstellung eines Lageberichts wurde aufgrund des § 264 Abs. 1 S. 4 HGB verzichtet. III. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten einschließlich Nebenkosten oder Herstellungskosten (gem. § 255 Abs. 2 bis 3 HGB) bilanziert. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände werden mit dem Nennwert bzw. dem am Bilanzstichtag beizulegenden niedrigeren Wert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen werden in der Höhe angesetzt, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist, um alle am Bilanzstichtag ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten abzudecken. Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Die sonstigen Verbindlichkeiten beinhalten in Höhe von 158.878,14 € einen Rangrücktritt. IV. Sonstige Angaben Die Gesellschaft hat im Jahr 2018 eine durchschnittliche Mitarbeiteranzahl von 1 Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt. Berlin, den 15.07.2021
