AnhangI. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die newbetech solutions GmbH mit Sitz in Kaarst wird im Handelsregister unter der Nummer HRB 13613 beim Amtsgericht Neuss geführt. Der Jahresabschluss wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs- und Gliederungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) aufgestellt. Ergänzend wurden die Bestimmungen des Gesellschaftsvertrages beachtet. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Größenabhängige Erleichterungen wurden bei der Aufstellung und Offenlegung des Jahresabschlusses grundsätzlich in Anspruch genommen. Der Jahresabschluss wurde in Euro aufgestellt. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Grundsätzen ordnungsmäßiger Buchführung aufgestellt. Er enthält sämtliche Vermögensgegenstände, Schulden, Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten sowie Aufwendungen und Erträge, soweit gesetzlich nichts anderes bestimmt ist. Die auf den vorhergehenden Jahresabschluss angewandten Ansatz-, Bewertungs- und Gliederungsmethoden wurden beibehalten. Erworbene immaterielle Vermögensgegenstände wurden zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt und um planmäßige lineare Abschreibungen vermindert. Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten angesetzt und ebenfalls um planmäßige lineare oder degressive Abschreibungen vermindert. Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten angesetzt und, sofern ein entsprechender Sachverhalt vorlag, unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips auf den niedrigeren Marktpreis oder den niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert am Abschlussstichtag abgeschrieben. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände wurden grundsätzlich zum Nennwert angesetzt. Erkennbare Einzelrisiken wurden durch Einzelwertberichtigungen berücksichtigt. Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt und berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Der aktivierte Geschäfts- oder Firmenwert wurde entsprechend der geschätzten voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer von fünf Jahren abgeschrieben, weil sich der Vorteil aus dem Kauf nach unserer Einschätzung in diesem Zeitraum verbraucht. Zum Abschlussstichtag bestanden keine Haftungsverhältnisse gem. § 251 HGB. IV. Angaben zur Gewinn und Verlustrechnung Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren aufgestellt. V. Sonstige Angaben Während des Geschäftsjahres wurden durchschnittlich 39 Arbeitnehmer (ohne Geschäftsführung und Auszubildende) beschäftigt.
