Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2023Advanced Research Solutions Meynen GmbH, SarnbergAllgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluß zum 31.12.2023 ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Bilanzierung- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Sachanlagen sind zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen, angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen werden ausschließlich linear vorgenommen. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. Bilanzerläuterungen Die Entwicklung der einzelnen Posten des Anlagevermögens sind in einer gesonderten Anlage dargestellt. Sonstige finanzielle Verpflichtungen bestehen nicht. Erläuterung zur Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung Das Ergebnis in 2023 konnte durch einen Zugewinn an Neukunden wieder positiv gestaltet werden. Für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 wird wieder mit einem Überschuß gerechnet.
