I. Angaben zu Bilanzierung, Bewertung und Darstellung im Jahresabschluss

Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2010 wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches in der Fassung des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes vom 25.05.2009 (BilMoG) unter Berücksichtigung der ergänzenden Vorschriften des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt.

Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt.

Bei der Veritas Treuhand GmbH handelt es sich um eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB.

Folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden angewendet:

Die Bewertung erfolgte grundsätzlich nach handelsrechtlichen Vorschriften.

Die Bewertung der Vermögensgegenstände des Sachanlagevermögens erfolgt zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten unter Berücksichtigung planmäßiger Abschreibungen. Mobilien werden degressiv, mit späterem Übergang zur linearen Methode, abgeschrieben.

Die Finanzanlagen wurden mit den Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.

Die unfertigen Leistungen sind zu Herstellungskosten bewertet.

Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nominalwert bzw. mit dem niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bilanziert.

Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert angesetzt.

Das gezeichnete Kapital ist zum Nennbetrag angesetzt.

Die Steuerrückstellungen und die sonstigen Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken für ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten. Die Bewertung der sonstigen Rückstellungen erfolgte nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung.

Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.

II. Angaben zur Bilanz

In den Verbindlichkeiten sind folgende Beträge enthalten:

Laufzeit bis 1 Jahr:	13.089,73 Euro
im Vorjahr:	(15.611,61 Euro)

III. Angaben zur GuV

Aufwendungen zur betrieblichen Altersversorgung sind in Höhe von 2.640,00 EURO enthalten (im Vorjahr: 2.592,00 EURO).

IV. Sonstige Angaben

Als Geschäftsführerin ist Frau Silke Scheer, geb. Schäfer bestellt.
