Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr vom 01. Januar bis zum 31. Dezember 2011A. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2011 ist nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches, sowie des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. Die F+F Publishing GmbH ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. d. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Von den Erleichterungen für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften wurde nach § 288 HGB und nach § 326 HGB teilweise Gebrauch gemacht. B. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten, vermindert um lineare Abschreibungen (bei einer betriebsgewöhnlichen Nutzungsdauer von 3 bis 50 Jahren) bewertet. Anlagegüter im Einzelanschaffungspreis bis EUR 150 werden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben. Anlagegüter, deren Anschaffungs- oder Herstellungskosten zwischen EUR 150 bis einschließlich EUR 1.000 betragen, werden in einem Sammelposten erfasst und werden jährlich zu 1/5 abgeschrieben (§ 6 Abs. 2 a EStG). Die Bewertung der Gegenstände des Vorratsvermögens erfolgte grundsätzlich zu den Anschaffungskosten unter Beachtung des strengen Niederstwertprinzips. Bei den Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden erkennbaren Risiken durch Wertberichtung berücksichtigt. Kassenbestände und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert bilanziert. Der aktive Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten enthält Ausgaben, die Aufwendungen für einen bestimmten Zeitraum nach dem Bilanzstichtag sind. Die Rückstellungen wurden zum Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt und berücksichtigen alle am Bilanzstichtag erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen in Höhe des Betrages, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendig ist. Die Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen wurden mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag bilanziert. Es bestehen keine Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als einem Jahr. C.
