Anhang zum Jahresabschluss 31.12.2010Kroom Design GmbH, Auenstrasse 31, 80469 MünchenDer Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2010 wurde nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches und des GmbH-Gesetzes aufgestellt. I. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten, gemindert um planmäßige Abschreibungen nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer, angesetzt. Abschreibungen auf das Anlagevermögen wurden nach der voraussichtlichen Nutzungsdauer der Vermögensgegenstände linear vorgenommen. Abnutzbare bewegliche Wirtschaftsgüter des Anlagevermögens bis zu einem Wert von 410 € wurden im Jahr des Zugangs in voller Höhe abgeschrieben. Die Vorräte wurden zu Anschaffungs- bzw. Herstellungskosten angesetzt. Forderungen wurden unter Berücksichtigung aller erkennbarer Risiken mit dem Nennwert bewertet. Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten wurden mit dem Nennwert angesetzt Die ausgewiesene Rückstellung beinhaltet die Kosten für die Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses. Verbindlichkeiten wurden zum Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. II. Angabe der Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern. Gegenüber den Gesellschaftern bestehen Verbindlichkeiten in Höhe von 28.333,09 €. III. Angaben über Mitglieder der Unternehmensorgane Die Geschäfte der Gesellschaft wurden im Geschäftsjahr bis zum 19.10.2010 von Constantin von Günther und Bernhard Stippig und ab dem 20.10.2010 von Constantin von Günther geführt.
