Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 20231. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Der Jahresabschluss wurde nach den Vorschriften des HGB und den ergänzenden Bestimmungen des GmbH-Gesetzes für Kapitalgesellschaften aufgestellt. Die Bilanz wurde vor Verwendung des Jahresergebnisses nach den Bestimmungen des Handelsgesetzbuches auf der Grundlage des Grundsatzes der Unternehmensfortführung aufgestellt. Die Bilanz ist nach § 266 HGB gegliedert. Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gemäß § 275 Abs. 2 HGB aufgestellt. Die Preuss Project Partner GmbH mit dem Sitz in München ist unter dem Aktenzeichen HRB 238412 bei dem Handelsregister des Amtsgerichtes München eingetragen. 2. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bewertung wurde nach den handelsrechtlichen Bestimmungen (§§ 252 bis 256 HGB) vorgenommen. Die immateriellen Vermögensgegenstände und Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich planmäßiger Abschreibungen angesetzt. Die Abschreibungen wurden unter Anwendung der linearen Methode im betriebsnotwendigen Umfang in Anlehnung an die amtlichen Abschreibungstabellen vorgenommen. Von den steuerlichen Vereinfachungsregeln zur Vollabsetzung der geringwertigen Wirtschaftsgüter mit Anschaffungskosten bis zu 800,00 EUR wurde Gebrauch gemacht. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände sind mit dem Nennwert aktiviert worden. Die flüssigen Mittel enthalten Bank- und Kassenguthaben, die den Nennwerten entsprechen. Die Steuerrückstellungen und sonstigen Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden gemäß § 253 Abs. 1 Satz 2 HGB mit dem zu erwartenden Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. Dem Prinzip der Bewertungsstetigkeit wurde Rechnung getragen. 3. Vorgänge von besonderer Bedeutung, die nach dem Schluss des Geschäftsjahres eingetreten sind, liegen nicht vor. Angabe der Zahl der beschäftigten Arbeitnehmer Das Unternehmen beschäftigte im Jahresdurchschnitt 2023 9,00 Arbeitnehmer.
