ANHANGI. Allgemeine Angaben zum Jahresabschluss Die Bilanz ist nach den Bestimmungen des Handelsgesetzbuches gegliedert. Das Geschäftsjahr ist ein Rumpfwirtschaftsjahr. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Von den größenabhängigen Erleichterungen der §§ 274a, 288 Abs. 1 und 326 Abs. 1 HGB wurde Gebrauch gemacht. II. Angaben zu Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahrsabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2012 wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsvorschriften des Dritten Buches des HGB aufgestellt. Im Einzelnen wurden folgende Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden angewendet: Fi nanzanlagen wurden mit Anschaffungskosten bewertet. Sofern die Kurswerte zum Bilanzstichtag niedriger waren, wurde von der Möglichkeit des § 253 Abs. 3 Satz 4 HGB Gebrauch gemacht und der niedrigere beizulegende Zeitwert angesetzt. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind zum Nennwert angesetzt. Liquide Mittel wurden zum Nominalwert angesetzt. Das gezeichnete Kapital (Stammkapital) und die Kapitalrücklage sind zum Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen erfassen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewisse Verbindlichkeiten und sind mit dem Erfüllungsbetrag bewertet, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Bewertung notwendig ist. III. Angaben zur Bilanz Sämtliche im Einzelnen ausgewiesenen Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegen-stände sind binnen Jahresfrist fällig. IV. Sonstige Angaben Als Geschäftsführer im Handelsregister eingetragen ist Herr Peter Brenner, Hanau Der Geschäftsführer ist einzelvertretungsberechtigt und von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit.
