ANHANGAnhang zum Jahresabschluss per 31.12.2011 1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden - § 284 Abs. 2 HGB Aktiva Die Sachanlagen wurden zu Anschaffungskosten abzüglich Abschreibungen bewertet. Planmäßige Abschreibungen werden im steuerlich zulässigen Rahmen linear vorgenommen. Geringwertige Wirtschaftsgüter wurden im Zugangsjahr voll abgeschrieben . Innerhalb der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegen-ständen wird den Forderungen aus Lieferungen und Leistungen allen erkennbaren Einzelrisiken und dem allgemeinen Kredit-risiko durch angemessene Abwertungen Rechnung getragen. Passiva Bei der Bemessung der Rückstellungen ist allen erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten Rechnung getragen. Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag passiviert. 2. Angaben zu den Verbindlichkeiten - § 285 Nr. 1a HGB a) Der Gesamtbetrag der Verbindlichkeiten mit einer Restlaufzeit von mehr als 5 Jahren Beträgt € 0,--. b) Von den Verbindlichkeiten ist ein Betrag in Höhe von € 0,-- durch Pfandrechte gesichert. 3. Eventualverbindlichkeiten - §§251 und 268 Abs. 7 HGB Am Bilanzstichtag bestanden keinerlei Eventualverbindlichkeiten. 4. Ergebnisverwendung - §§ 268 Abs. 1, 325 Abs. 1 und 326 HGB Der Bilanzgewinn von € 28.481,34 wird auf neue Rechnung vorgetragen 5. Geschäftsführung - § 285 Nr. 10 HGB Eberhard Schäfer, Kaufmann
