Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 2014Danitz & Walter GmbH, BremenAllgemeine Angaben Die Danitz & Walter GmbH mit Sitz in Bremen wird in der Rechtsform einer GmbH geführt. Der Jahresabschluss der Danitz & Walter GmbH wurde auf der Grundlage der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuchs aufgestellt. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften waren die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes zu beachten. Angaben, die wahlweise in der Bilanz, in der Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung oder im Anhang gemacht werden können, sind insgesamt im Anhang aufgeführt. Nach den in § 267 HGB angegebenen Größenklassen ist die Gesellschaft eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft. Angaben zur Bilanzierung und Bewertung Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze des Vorjahres wurden grundsätzlich unverändert beibehalten. Die Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände wurden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die liquiden Mittel wurden mit dem Nennbetrag angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Angaben und Erläuterungen zu einzelnen Posten der Bilanz Forderungen und Sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Sämtliche Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände verfügen über eine Restlaufzeit von bis zu einem Jahr. Die Forderungen beinhalten Forderungen gegen Unternehmen, mit denen ein Beteiligungsverhältnis besteht, in Höhe von EUR 73.653,27 (Vorjahr: TEUR 69). Sonstige Pflichtangaben Unbeschränkte Haftung an Unternehmen Die Gesellschaft ist unbeschränkt haftender Gesellschafter folgender Unternehmen:
