Anhang zum 31.12.20101. Allgemeine Angaben zum JahresabschlussDer Jahresabschluss der Meganet Uno GmbH zum 31.12.2010
wurde auf der Grundlage der Bilanzierungs- und
Bewertungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches
(Bilanzrichtliniengesetz) und unter Berücksichtigung
der steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften aufgestellt. Die
Gesellschaft ist gemäß § 267 (1) HGB als
kleine Kapitalgesellschaft zu qualifizieren.
2. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeDas Finanzanlagevermögen wurde zu
Anschaffungskosten angesetzt.
Die sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände, sowie
Kassen und Bankguthaben wurden mit dem Nennbetrag
angesetzt.
Rückstellungen wurden in Höhe des Betrages
angesetzt, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer
Beurteilung erforderlich ist, um alle erkennbaren Risiken
und Verpflichtungen zu berücksichtigen.
Verbindlichkeiten wurden, soweit ihre Restlaufzeit
weniger als 12 Monate betrug oder eine Verzinsung zu
berücksichtigen war, mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag
passiviert.
3. Erläuterungen zur Bilanz und Gewinn- und VerlustrechnungSämtliche Forderungen haben eine Restlaufzeit von
weniger als einem Jahr.
Die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde nach dem
Gesamtkostenverfahren erstellt.
Die Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber der
Gesellschafterin betragen zum 31.12.2010 196.264,32 Euro.
