AnhangI. Rechtliche Verhältnisse Die Gesellschaft wurde unter der Firma vor-sprung GmbH durch Notariats-Urkunde vom 20.03.2009 und Eintragung im Handelsregister am 03.04.2009 beim Amtsgericht München unter der Nr. HRB 178697 gegründet. Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist die betriebswirtschaftliche Beratung von Unternehmen, Freiberuflern und Privatpersonen, die Durchführung von Schulungen und deren Organisation, die Projektorganisation, innerhalb derer auch andere angrenzende betriebswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten ausgeübt werden, und sonstige angrenzende Tätigkeiten und im Rahmen der Unternehmensberatung anfallende Tätigkeiten. Geschäftsführer im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr waren die Herren Sebastian Arnold, Diplom-Kaufmann, München, Alexander Brock, Diplom-Kaufmann, Hannover. II. Bilanzierungs-, Bewertungs- und Ausweisgrundsätze Die Bilanzierung erfolgt nach den für Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften. Vom Wahlrecht des § 288 HGB wird Gebrauch gemacht. Das Anlagevermögen wurde zu Anschaffungskosten vermindert um Abschreibungen angesetzt. Datenbestände, aus denen das Anschaffungsdatum und der AfA-Satz sowie der jeweilige Buchwert zu entnehmen sind, liegen auf jederzeit abrufbaren Datenträgern vor. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände sind mit ihrem Nennwert bzw. Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen die nach dem Grundsatz vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verbindlichkeiten. Die Verbindlichkeiten wurden zu ihrem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. III Angaben nach § 42 Abs. 3 GmbHG Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Gesellschaftern, Geschäftsführern oder nahestehenden Personen bestanden zum Bilanzstichtag in Höhe von Euro 35.600,00.
