ANHANG1. Allgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss zum 31.12.2010 wurde unter Beachtung der Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften erstellt. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Forderungen sind zu Nominalweren angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen. Sie sind mit dem Betrag bewertet worden, der nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Einschätzung erforderlich ist. Verbindlichkeiten sind in der Höhe der Rückzahlungsbeträge bewertet. 3. Angaben zu Positionen in der Bilanz Forderungen: Alle Forderungen sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. Gegen Gesellschafter bestanden zum Bilanzstichtag Forderungen aus einem Darlehen nebst Zinsen in Höhe von Euro 2.392,95. Eigenkapital: Das gezeichnete Kapital beträgt Euro 25.000,00 und ist in Höhe von Euro 12.526,65 einbezahlt. Der Rest der Stammeinlage ist nach Aufforderung der Geschäftsführung einzubezahlen. Rückstellungen: Die sonstigen Rückstellungen beinhalten lediglich Abschluss- und Beratungskosten. Verbindlichkeiten: Alle Verbindlichkeiten sind innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. 4. Sonstige Angaben Geschäftsführer war im Jahr 2010 Herr Dr. Klaus Kitzmüller. Im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr wurden keine Arbeitnehmer beschäftigt. München, 29.09.2011
