Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätze Die Bewertung der Forderungen und sonstigen Vermögensgegenstände erfolgte zum Nennwert. Das Eigenkapital ist zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Rückstellungen berücksichtigen alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen und sind in Höhe der voraussichtlichen Inanspruchnahme angesetzt. ERLÄUTERUNGEN ZUR BILANZ 3. Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter bestehen in Höhe von 38.057,18 € (Vj. 36 T€). SONSTIGE ANGABEN 4. Geschäftsführung Als Geschäftsführer waren im Geschäftsjahr Herr Horst Wessel, München und Herr Martin Leusmann, Köngen bestellt. Die Simple System Beteiligungs GmbH, München ist persönlich haftender Gesellschafter der Simple System GmbH & Co. KG, München. München, den 12. Januar 2011 Simple System Beteiligungs GmbH, München Martin Leusmann, Geschäftsführer Horst Wessel, Geschäftsführer Feststellung des Jahresabschlusses Der Jahresabschluss wurde am 30.
