Anhang1. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Der Jahresabschluss zum 31. Dezember 2012 wurde nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches (HGB) und des Gesetzes betreffend die Gesellschaften mit beschränkter Haftung (GmbHG) erstellt. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen Kapitalgesellschaft gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Die Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden wurden gegenüber dem Vorjahr unverändert beibehalten. Für die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung wurde das Gesamtkostenverfahren angewandt. Die Bewertung der Vermögens- und Schuldposten trägt allen erkennbaren Risiken nach den Grundsätzen vorsichtiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung Rechnung. Die Bewertungsstetigkeit wurde eingehalten. Das Anlagevermögen ist zu Anschaffungskosten angesetzt. Die Bewertung der Forderungen erfolgte zum Nennwert. Die Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrages angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten sind mit ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt. 2.
