ANHANGALLGEMEINE ANGABEN ZU BILANZIERUNGS- UND BEWERTUNGSMETHODEN 1. Allgemeine Angaben Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft im Sinne des § 267 Abs. 2 HGB. Der vorliegende Jahresabschluss ist grundsätzlich unter Beibehaltung der für den Vorjahresabschluss angewendeten Gliederungs- und Bewertungsgrundsätzen nach den für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften geltenden Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches aufgestellt (§§ 265 I 2, 266 ff. HGB). Der Jahresabschluss wurde erstmals nach den Vorschriften des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) aufgestellt. Die bisherige Form der Darstellung und die bisher angewandten Bewertungsmethoden wurden insoweit angepasst. Eine Durchbrechung der Stetigkeit liegt insoweit nicht vor (Art. 67 VIII 1 EGHGB). Die Vorjahreszahlen wurden entsprechend Art. 67 VIII 2 EGHGB nicht angepasst. 2. Bilanzierungs- und Bewertungsmethoden Die Bewertung wurde nach den allgemeinen Bestimmungen der §§ 252 bis 256 HGB unter Berücksichtigung der Sondervorschriften für Kapitalgesellschaften in §§ 265 bis 283 HGB vorgenommen. Die flüssigen Mittel und Forderungen entsprechen den Nominalwerten. Die Rückstellungen beinhalten alle erkennbaren Risiken und ungewissen Verpflichtungen, die nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung erforderlich sind. SONSTIGE ANGABEN Geschäftsführer waren im Wirtschaftsjahr 1.4.2010 - 31.3.2011: Herr Diplom Kaufmann Werner Schmidbauer, München Herr Betriebswirt (VWA) Dieter Moser, Ulm Sie sind von den Beschränkungen des § 181 BGB befreit. Die Gesellschaft ist unbeschränkt haftender Gesellschafter der Schmidbauer GmbH & Co.KG, Gräfelfing.
