Anhang für das Geschäftsjahr 20071. Anwendung der handelsrechtlichen VorschriftenDer Jahresabschluss wird nach den Rechnungslegungsvorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches für Kapitalgesellschaften und den ergänzenden Bestimmungen des GmbHG erstellt. Die Gesellschaft ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft i. S. v. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Die Gesellschaft nimmt bei der Aufstellung des Jahresabschlusses die größenabhängigen Erleichterungen gemäß § 288 Satz 1 HGB für kleine Kapitalgesellschaften i. S. v. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB in Anspruch. Die Gliederung der Bilanz erfolgt nach den Vorschriften des § 266 HGB. Mutterunternehmen im Sinne des § 285 HGB ist die Ed. ZÜBLIN AG, Stuttgart. Der Konzernabschluss wird im elektronischen Bundesanzeiger bekannt gemacht. Konzernobergesellschaft ist die STRABAG SE, Villach. Der Konzernabschluss wird beim Firmenbuch Landesgericht Klagenfurt, Österreich offen gelegt. 2. Bilanzierungs- und BewertungsgrundsätzeForderungen werden zum Nennwert angesetzt. Die Verbindlichkeiten werden mit dem Rückzahlungsbetrag angesetzt. 3. Forderungen und sonstige VermögensgegenständeDie ausgewiesenen Forderungen und sonstige Vermögensgegenstände haben sämtlich eine Restlaufzeit bis zu einem Jahr. 4. EigenkapitalDas innerhalb des Eigenkapitals ausgewiesene Gezeichnete Kapital beträgt unverändert gegenüber dem Vorjahr EUR 25.000,00. 5. VerbindlichkeitenDie Verbindlichkeiten sind alle innerhalb eines Jahres fällig. 6. HaftungsverhältnisseHaftungsverhältnisse im Sinne § 251 HGB lagen am Bilanzstichtag nicht vor. 7. Sonstige AngabenMitglieder der Geschäftsführung waren in 2007:
