Buchführung
Für das Unternehmen besteht nach § 140 AO, §§ 1, 5, 238 HGB Buchführungspflicht. Das Unternehmen hat eine den gesetzlichen Vorschriften entsprechende Buchführung erstellt. Die Aufzeichnung der Geschäftsvorfälle erfolgte nach den Grundsätzen ordnungsgemäßer Buchführung. Die Buchführung wurde mit Hilfe elektronischer Datenverarbeitung mit der Software "Lexware Buchhalter pro" erstellt. Die Erfassung der Belege erfolgte in der Kanzlei.
Jahresabschluss
A. Allgemeine Angaben und Erläuterungen zum Jahresabschluss Die Erstellung des vorliegenden Jahresabschlusses erfolgte unter Beachtung der Handelsrechtlichen und steuerrechtlichen Buchführungs- und Bilanzierungsmethoden. Ergänzend zu diesen Vorschriften wurden die Regelungen des GmbH-Gesetzes beachtet. Das Unternehmen wurde am 14.01.2010 gegründet. Bei dem vorliegenden Jahresabschluss handelt es sich um den Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr vom 14. 01.2010 bis zum 31.12.2010. Die Gesellschaft weist zum Abschlussstichtag die Größenmerkmale einer kleinen GmbH gemäß § 267 Abs. 1 HGB auf. Das Stammkapital beträgt 25.000 €. Zur Gründung wurden bereits 12.500 € durch die beiden Gesellschafter eingezahlt. Die noch ausstehende Stammeinlage i.H.v. 12.500 € wurde als solche auch erfasst. Im Berichtsjahr waren die Regelungen des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BilMoG) vollumfänglich anzuwenden. Die Gliederung und Bewertung der Bilanz- und GuV-Posten entsprechen den gesetzlichen Vorschriften. Einzelheiten sind dem beigefügten Erläuterungsbericht zu den einzelnen Posten des Jahresabschlusses zu entnehmen. Bei der beigefügten Bilanz sowie Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung handelt es sich um die handelsrechtliche Darstellung des Geschäftsjahres. Abweichend wurde nach § 60 EStDV eine Überleitungsrechnung zur Steuerbilanz erstellt. Die Bewertung erfolgte entsprechend den Bestimmungen des § 6 EStG.
