ANHANGAllgemeine Angaben Der Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft wurde nach den Vorschriften des Handelsgesetzbuches i. d. F. des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes (BiloMoG) unter Beachtung der für Kapitalgesell~ schaften geltenden ergänzenden Vorschriften aufgestellt. Die Darstellungsstetigkeit nach § 265 Abs. 1 S. 1 HGB und die Vergleichbarkeit mit dem Vorjahr nach § 265 Abs. 2 S. 1 HGB sind mit Ausnahme der Anforderungen des BilMoG gegeben. Auf eine Anpassung der Vorjahreszahlen wurde gem. Art. 67 Abs. 8 S. 2 Einführungsgesetz zum Handelgesetzbuch (EGHGB) verzichtet. Die APRIX GmbH ist eine kleine Kapitalgesellschaft LS. § 267 Abs. 1 HGB. Auswirkungen aufgrund des Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetzes haben sich nicht ergeben. Die Gesellschaft wurde am 16. Januar 2003 gegründet und am 29. Januar 2003 unter HRB 8034 in das Handelsregister beim Amtsgericht Würzburg eingetragen. Die APRIX GmbH ist persönlich haftender Gesellschafter der RK GmbH &Co. KG, Würzburg. Die Geschäftstätigkeit der APRIX GmbH beschränkte sich im Geschäftsjahr 2010 auf die Ausübung der Geschäftsführung bei der RK GmbH &Co. KG, Würzburg. Für die Gliederung des Jahresabschlusses wurden die Vorschriften der §§ 266 und 275 HGB eingehalten. Die Gewinn-und Verlustrechnung ist nach dem Gesamtkostenverfahren gegliedert. Bilanzierungs-und Bewertungsgrundsätze Forderungen gegen verbundene Unternehmen wurden zum niedrigeren beizulegenden Wert bewertet. Forderungen gegen Gesellschafter und Guthaben bei Kreditinstituten sind zum Nennwert bewertet. Die sonstigen Rückstellungen sind in Höhe des nach vernünftiger kaufmännischer Beurteilung notwendigen Erfüllungsbetrags, Verbindlichkeiten sind zu ihrem Erfüllungsbetrag angesetzt.
